By registering with NjangiPay, you agree to these Terms and confirm you are at least 18 years old and a resident of Cameroon.
2. Service Description
NjangiPay operates a community financial platform based on a 3-to-1 contribution model:
- Users contribute 10,000 XAF
- Receive 30,000 XAF after successful cycle completion
- Platform acts as matching service, not financial institution
3. Account Registration
- Must verify via WhatsApp with valid Cameroonian number
- One account per individual
- Accurate information required
- Security responsibility lies with user
4. Financial Terms
- Registration fee: 2,000 XAF (non-refundable)
- Contribution amount: 10,000 XAF per cycle
- Payout amount: 30,000 XAF upon successful cycle
- All transactions in Central African CFA franc
5. User Responsibilities
- Maintain account security
- Verify transactions promptly
- Report suspicious activity immediately
- Not engage in fraudulent activities
- Comply with Cameroonian laws
6. Prohibited Activities
- Creating multiple accounts
- Submitting false payment confirmations
- Fraudulent transaction claims
- Manipulating referral system
- Money laundering or illegal financing
7. Dispute Resolution
- Dual-confirmation system for transaction verification
- Admin review for unresolved disputes
- WhatsApp-based communication for issue resolution
- 48-hour response time for support queries
8. Limitation of Liability
NjangiPay provides a matching platform and is not liable for:
- Mobile money service failures
- User authentication errors
- Network or technical issues
- Individual financial losses
- Third-party service disruptions
9. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Modify queue systems
- Adjust verification processes
- Update security protocols
- Change fee structures with 30-day notice
10. Termination
Accounts may be suspended for:
- Violation of these terms
- Suspicious activity
- Legal requirements
- Platform security concerns
11. Governing Law
